In trouble situation like when the phone of receiver is not responding or the address is incomplete, you will be informed asap by phone or e-mail to give us updated information.Order cannot be cancelled/refund in case of such situation having not our fault in those circumstances.
We deliver to almost all 1st and 2nd cities in Tamilnadu including Chennai.Same day orders are taken for destination like Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Erode, Pondicherry, Tirunanveli, Ooty etc. Some of the distance places may carry extra charges and will be informed to you immediately.
Please note that the packing and forwarding charges upto shipment have been included in the products price band.
Mid night delivery charges are extra Rs.300
Delivery Status of an order can be given only on mail and not on phone.
We promise to deliver the order on the requested date failing which we will refund the money unless there is any fault in the address / telephone or unavailibility of Receiver.
We do not promise to refund the money in case requested time could not be maintained and delivery happens on requested date. We will refund the amount only on the Time delivery charges if so you have paid Extra.
